Stephanie Fedak

Stephanie Fedak serves as Draig’s SVP, People & Culture and Head of HR. To her role she brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across healthcare and biotech, helping organizations build strong teams, develop talent, and create cultures where people thrive and do their best work.

Most recently, she served as SVP of People and Culture at Ensoma, where she helped the organization navigate key inflection points while fostering a strong culture. Previously, she held HR leadership roles at Bluebird Bio and AthenaHealth. Stephanie holds an MBA from Simmons School of Management and a BS in Psychology from the University of Oregon. She is also a certified coach through CTI (Co-Active Training Institute).
